Lorient have rejected Premier League club, Southampton offer for their Nigerian international striker, Terem Moffi , Prompt News reports.
Moffi has hugged the headlines this season following his goal scoring heroics for the Ligue 1 club.
The 23-year-old has scored 10 goals in 16 league appearances for Les Merlus.
According to Skysports TV, Southampton’s £15m offer for the player has been rejected by Lorient.
Lorient are reportedly holding out for more money.
Southampton need a new striker to boost their survival battle in the Premier League.
Several other Premier League clubs are also in the hot chase for Moffi.
