Cameroon kept alive their slim hopes of reaching the round of 16 at the 2022 FIFA World Cup after rallying back to hold Serbia to a 3-3 draw at Al Janoub Stadium, Al-Wakrah.
Cameroon took the lead against the run of play through Jean-Charles Castelletto on 29th minute.
There were two minutes and 30 seconds between both Serbia goals on the stroke of half-time as Cameroon were punished for their lapse in concentration.
Aleksandr Mitrovic extended Serbia’s lead early in the second half.
Substitute Vincent Aboubakar halved the deficit on 63 minutes.
Bayern Munich forward, Eric Maxim Choupo-Moting completed the comeback from close range three minutes later.
Cameroon now need to beat Brazil in their last group game to guarantee a place in the next round.
