            NFF Scribe- Ahmadu

By Gracious Akujobi               General Secretary of Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) Musa Amadu, has said that the Executive Committee of NFF will meet in Abuja on January 8 to decide on the request to set up an arbitration panel on the September 30 election that produced the Amaju Pinnick-led board.
Amadu also acknowledged the receipt of the letter from Iyke Igbokwe requesting for a panel to be set up to arbitrate on the election held in Warri, Delta State.
“I will tender the request to the executive committee of the NFF at the meeting on January 8. It is the executive committee that will decide whether to set up an arbitration panel or not after deliberation” Amadu stated.
Prompt News recalls that Iyke Igbokwe who aspired to be an executive committee member of the NFF had lost an appeal for the election to be nullified on the grounds of some irregularities during the election.
He however contacted FIFA and got green light to seek redress outside regular courts.
