Super Eagles defender William Troost-Ekong is back in training with Udinese after missing last Saturday’s Serie A clash against Inter Milan as result of injury.
Troost-Ekong copped the injury on international duty with Nigeria with Udinese not providing details on the injury after his injury.
The centre-back was replaced by Chidozie Awaziem late in the 2-2 friendly draw against Ukraine.
“Good news for coach Igor Tudor, who after Stephen Okaka also recovers William Troost-Ekong. The Nigerian defender has eliminated the muscular fatigue he had in the National team and today he played both training sessions from start to finish together with his companions,”reads a statement on the Udinese’ s website.
Troost-Ekong has made two league appearances for Udinese this season.
Igor Tudor’s men will host Brescia in their next league match at home on Saturday.
