Felix Agu is looking forward to making his maiden competitive appearance for the Super Eagles, Prompt News reports.
Agu made his first appearance for the three-time African champions in the Unity Cup final clash with Jamaica in May.
The Werder Bremen defender is in Nigeria’s squad for the 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifiers against Rwanda, and South Africa.
The 25-year-old is keen to feature in both games.
” We are working hard for the upcoming games. We want to win because it is important for us,” said versatile defender.
“It will be great to play my first competitive game for Nigeria.”
Nigeria, and Rwanda will clash at the Godswill Akpabio International Stadium, Uyo on Saturday.
