Nigeria’s Super Falcons will battle Cape Verde for a place at the 2024 Women’s Africa Cup of Nations.
The pairing was confirmed after Cape Verde defeated Liberia 3-2 in the second leg of the first round qualifying fixture in Monrovia on Tuesday night.
Cape Verde won the first leg 3-0 and made it through 6-2 on aggregate.
The Super Falcons didn’t partake in the first round after their opponent Sao Tome and Principe withdrew from the qualifiers.
The first leg will take place in Praia on November 27.
The reverse fixture is billed for Mobolaji Johnson Arena, Onikan Lagos on December 5. READ ALSO:
