Nigeria’s Super Falcons will come up against England in the Round of 16 at the 2023 FIFA Women’s World Cup.
The fixture was confirmed following the completion of Group D matches on Tuesday.
England thrashed China 6-1 in their final group game on Tuesday.
Lauren James grabbed a brace for England in the encounter.
Chloe Kelly, Alessia Ruso, Lauren Hemp and Rachel Daly were the other goal scorers for England in the game. READ ALSO:

The encounter between England and Nigeria is billed for the Lang Park, Brisbane on Monday, August 7.
It will be the first ever meeting between both teams at this level.
