Two minors were on Thursday docked in an Upper Area Court in Gwagwalada, FCT, for allegedly vandalising and stealing electric wires valued N380,000.
The police charged the minors, who reside in Dagiri, Gwagwalada with criminal conspiracy, trespass, mischief and theft.
The Prosecution Counsel, Abdullahi Tanko, told the court that the complainant reported the matter at the Gwagwalada Police Station on March 7.
Tanko said the defendants criminally conspired and trespassed into the complainant’s office and vandalised the electrical wiring valued N380, 000.
He said that during police investigation, the defendants confessed to the alleged crime and the said item was recovered from them.
The prosecutor said that the offences contravened the provisions of sections 97, 348, 327 and 287 of the Penal code.

The minors pleaded not guilty to the charges.
The Judge, Malam Abdullahi Abdulkarim, released the minors to their parents and ordered them to sign a bond to produce them in court.
Abdulkarim adjourned the case until April 24, for hearing. (NAN)
