WIkki Tourists Football Club of Bauchi has unveiled Mohammed Audu as the new Technical Adviser of the club.
The News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) reports that the Club was relegated in 2022/ 2023 from Nigeria Professional football league (NPFL) to the second tier of the league.
Balarabe Doughla, Chairman of the Club presented the Technical Adviser to the media at a brief ceremony on Wednesday in Bauchi.
Doughla who said the contract would run for two years, said the management would try its best to support him in order to succeed.
He said the technical adviser has all the experience as a former coach of Kwara United football club to deliver on the job.
“All he needs is the support and prayers of the people of the state, Stakeholders as well as the management to bring back the club to the NPFL.
In a remark, Audu commended the management for finding him worthy to coach the team.
“We will put in our best to see that we bring back the club from the Nigerian National League (NNL) to the NPFL,” he said
Audu solicited for prayers and support from the management , supporters and the citizens in the state.(NAN)
