Golden Eaglets captain, Simon Cletus claimed the Man of the Match award after the side’s victory against Niger Republic on Sunday night.
The defending champions defeated their neighbours 1-0 at the University Stadium, Accra.
Rapha Adams scored the decisive goal on half hour mark.
Cletus was recognised for his impressive performance against the Nigeriens.
The playmaker also won the award in Nigeria’s first game Burkina Faso.
