Life camp male volleyball club of Abuja on Thursday, beat Oluyole Spikers of Ibadan 3-0 to record their sixth win in the ongoing 2024 National Division 1 Volleyball League.
The News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) reports that in the match played at the package B of the indoor sports hall of the Moshood Abiola National Stadium in Abuja, saw Life camp winning all the three sets.
They won the first set 25-19. second set 25-17,and third 25-17 to have a final record of 3-0
Speaking after the match, the coach of life camp VC , Hatem Amro said the
target of the team is gain promotion to the premier league.
“We played as a team with one spirit, everybody encouraging each other and we have this favourable result
“We have played six games; we won five and lost one. This is our seventh games.
“I will advise my players is to keep fighting and keep the spirit high in every game and play to instruction,”he said.
In another match, Sword VC beat G- Ranks 3-0 ( 26-24,26-24,25,19).

NAN reports that a total of nine male teams are participating in the league which includes G- Rank Volleyball Club , Oluyole Spikers of Ibadan, Sword VC, Kastina VC.
Others t are Life camp VC of Abuja , Kwara United VC , NAF Rockets ,UCEM of Enugu and Road Safety Club.
NAN reports that the league which started on May 23 is expected to end on June 2 at the Moshood Abiola National Stadium Abuja.(NAN)
