Flying Eagles have been drawn in the toughest group of the 2023 Africa U-20 Cup of Nations, reports Prompt News.
The seven-time champions will face hosts Egypt, Senegal and Mozambique in Group A.
The magnificent Cairo International Stadium will host games in the group.
Group consist of has Uganda, Central African Republic, South Sudan and Congo.
The four teams in the group will battle for points in Ismaila.
Alexandria will host Group C teams; Gambia, Tunisia, Benin Republic and Zambia.
The top two teams in each group will proceed to to the quarter- finals while two third best losers will also advance.
The four semi-finalists will qualify for the 2023 FIFA U-20 World Cup to be hosted by Indonesia in May.
The competition will be staged in Egypt from February 18 to March 12, 2023.
