A 23-year-old teacher, Etieno Sam, was docked in a Grade l Area Court in Kabusa in Abuja, for allegedly breaking into the apartment of one Ejike Fidelis.
Sam, who resides at Waru village, Kabusa, is charged with house breaking and theft.
He pleaded not guilty to the charge.
The prosecutor, O. S. Osho had earlier told the court that Fidelis, reported the matter at the Kabusa Police Station on Oct. 7.
He said that the defendant sometime in June broke into the apartment of the norminal complainant and stole his refrigerator and generator.
He said that the defendant also stole a motorcycle, pumping machine, a bag full of clothes and other valuable items all worth N500,000. READ ALSO:

The Judge, Malam Abubakar Sadiq, admitted the defendant to bail in the some of N300, 000 with one surety in like sum.
Sadiq adjourned the case until Nov. 7 for mention. (NAN)
