Abuja’s top real estate developers, T-Pumpy Concept Limited has unveiled a new estate at Kusaki, close to Apo in the Federal Capital Territory, FCT.
The real estate firm owns T-Pumpy Estates with over 100 locations spread across Abuja, Ado-Ekiti, Ibadan and Ilorin.
Announcing the new estate, the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of T-Pumpy, Mr Akintayo Adaralegbe, says the land at Kusaki has verified Certificate of Occupancy (C of O) issued by the Federal Capital Development Authority, FCDA.
According to him, interested subscribers, old or new, can get land at Kusaki for as low as N1.5 million for 200sqm.
In the same vein, 300sqm goes for N2 million while 500sqm goes for N3 million.
However, the management of T-Pumpy Concept says the special offer runs from October 1st, 2024 to October 31st, 2024.
The T-Pumpy boss says investment in landed property can never go wrong, noting that land at Katampe Extension that was sold for N8 million is now worth N30 million
