Ahead of Christmas, there have been testimonies by subscribers of T.Pumpy Estates even as the ongoing Abuja For All Land Promo comes to an end on December 31, 2019.
Mr Akintayo Adaralegbe, the Managing Director of T.Pumpy Concept, owners of T.Pumpy Estates in the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja, is excited that that the promo has been a success story.
Barely two weeks to the end of the ‘Abuja For All’ promo, T.Pumpy Estates at Airport Road, Guzape and Karasana, all in Abuja, have recorded more subscribers.
A couple of subscribers living at the existing estates who spoke to our reporter said the land papers are genuine and can be verified from relevant FCT Agency.
Pastor Emmanuel Joseph Ballad, is the chairman of Phase 3 estate, he had this to say about the authenticity of the land papers:

Adaralegbe explains that “The silver package goes for N1.7m and 400SQm allows owner to build 4/5 bedroom duplex, 4 bedroom penthouse and three bedroom bungalow.
”Gold, which is 5000SQM goes for N2m equally allows owner to build 4/5 bedroom duplex, 4 bedroom penthouse and three bedroom bungalow.
“The Platinum package, which is 600SQM at the rate of N2.3m also allows owner to build 4/5 bedroom duplex, 4 bedroom penthouse and three bedroom bungalow.”
