Top real estate firm in Nigeria’s capital city, Abuja, T.Pumpy Concept Limited, is finalising arrangements to roll out a new site in the FCT.
T.Pumpy Concept owns T.Pumpy Estates spread across no fewer than 60 locations in Abuja and three other states namely: Ekiti, Oyo and Kwara.
According to the management, a new location for residential estate has just been secured at Mpape, Abuja.
Speaking about the new site, the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of T.Pumpy Concept, Mr. Akintayo Adaralegbe, said the new site will be rolled out in October, 2024.
Mr. Adaralegbe also assured that the new estate will be the most affordable.
“We are thrilled to share that our search for a new product has led us to Mpape in Abuja, and we’re impressed with the site we’ve secured!
“Our goal is to provide you with the best, and we’re working tirelessly to make this one of our most affordable offerings yet.
“We are targeting an October rollout and will continue to refine and enhance the site until then.
