One of Nigeria’s top real estate developers, T.Pumpy Concept Limited has announced its top picks properties as we approach the end of 2024.
The top picks out of over 100 housing estates owned by T.Pumpy are Guzape and Maitama 2, both in the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Abuja.
Consequently, the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of T.Pumpy Concept Limited, Mr. Akintayo Adaralegbe, has graciously approved reduction in prices at the two locations.
According to him, the gesture will only run for three weeks – November 18, 2024 to January 10, 2025.
For Guzape, interested subscribers can get 150 sqm for 18 million, 200sqm for N25 million, 300sqm for N33 million and 500 sqm for N45 million.
For Maitama 2, the T.Pumpy boss has approved 150 sqm for N12 million, 200sqm for N15 million, 300sqm for N20 million and 500 sqm for N30 million.
The management also announced that “clearing is currently ongoing at our Guzape site Abuja, the value would soon triple in a short while.
