Southampton have joined their Premier League rivals in the hunt for Nigeria forward, Terem Moffi, reports Prompt News.
The Lorient hitman has been turning the head since joining the modest club in 2020.
Moffi along with Paris Saint-Germain duo, Kylian Mbappe and Neymar are the leading marksmen in Ligue 1 this season.
The 23-year-old has scored 10 goals in 15 league appearances in the current campaign.
Mbappe has scored 13 goals, while Neymar has netted 11 times.
Aston Villa, Brighton & Hove Albion and Crystal Palace have been credited with interest in the striker.
Ligue 1 club, Olympic Lyon also have Moffi on their radar.
A move to Southampton will see him link up with his international teammate, Joe Aribo.
