President of Athletic Federation of Nigeria Tonobok Okowa has said redesigning of new AFN Logo will checkmate the activities of some people using the Federation’s logo without approval.
Okowa made this known in Abuja during the Athletic Federation of Nigeria AFN Congress, which was unanimously approved.
According to the President, many people are using the old logo for their selfish interest, that is why we decided to stop it, by designing a new logo for the Federation.
“That act of many unauthorized people using AFN logo was the reason for redesigning of AFN logo.” He explained.
Tonobok, however urged all the stakeholders to not allow unnecessary bickering that will not bring growth to the Federation but should always channeled their energy on issues that will grow the Federation further.
