Nigerian rapper Emeka Akumefule, popularly known as Blaqbonez, has shared insights regarding his careful approach to sexual relationships.
In a recent interview on WithChude, he elaborated on the precautions he takes to avoid any potential false paternity allegations.
The rapper asserted that “no one” could successfully make such a claim against him, as he employs both protection and the withdrawal method to mitigate any risks.
“Nobody can remotely think, ‘Let me accuse Blaqbonez’ or ‘Let me do paternity fraud’.
“I pull out, even when I have protection,” he said.
Blaqbonez rose to prominence with the release of his debut album, ‘Sex Over Love,’ in 2021.
Since then, he has consistently produced successful projects.
Despite his achievements, Blaqbonez has candidly discussed the challenges that accompany celebrity status.
He revealed that the relentless public scrutiny complicates his ability to lead a normal life.
“It feels like a crazy punishment. Other people who have way more money have a much easier life than me. I have to be hiding,” he said.
In 2022, Blaqbonez broadened his creative scope by directing the music video for his single ‘Back In Uni,’ which features British-Ghanaian producer JAE5.
He has garnered numerous accolades for his artistry.
In August 2023, Rolling Stone acknowledged him as one of the 50 innovators shaping the future of rap.
