The stage is set as four-time CAF Women’s Player of the Year Award Winner, Perpetua Ijeoma Nkwocha has arrived for the Draw Ceremony of the maiden TotalEnergies CAF Women’s Champions League holding this afternoon at CAF Headquarters in Cairo, Egypt.
Prompt News has exclusively obtained a photograph showing the former Super Falcons Captain and highest goalscorer of all time posing with CAF Director of Competitions, Samson Adamu who will conduct the Draw.
Nkwocha who won CAF Women’s Player of the Year Award back to back twice in (2004, 2005, 2010, 2011), was invited to attend the Draw by CAF along two players, Merihan Yehia and Alia Zenouki from the Egyptian club Wadi Degla FC.
The ex-Nigeria striker, won six TotalEnergies CAF Women’s Africa Cup of Nations (2000, 2002, 2004, 2006, 2010, and 2014) with the Super Falcons and ended up top scorer at three editions in 2004, 2006, and 2010 of the competition.
