IBADAN – As the Sports Writers Association of Nigeria(SWAN) Oyo state chapter annual sports week gathers momentum, Annointin Musical International has pledged its support for the association ahead of its sports week and award night.
The annual sports week has been scheduled to hold between 11th-15 December at the Lekan Salami Stadium with the award night holding at the yet to be determined venue.
Speaking with the delegation of Oyo Swan led by its chairman, Niyi Alebiosu during a courtesy visit to his Ashi head office ,the Chief Executive Officer, Annointin Musical Instrument, Oluseyi Oyekola who applauded the leadership of the association for turning around the image of the association on assumption of office over a year ago said that his organization is ready to support the association in order to have a colourful dinner.
He added “as a sports lover, I have been following the activities of the executives and the members hence, my decision to promise support ahead of the event and I will personally be available to grace the event”, he said.
Earlier in his speech the chairman of the association, Niyi Alebiosu who led other SWAN Week committee members which included the chairman of the committee Sola Oladapo, Seyi Odunuga and Bayo Oletubo on the visit expressed appreciation to the CEO Annointin for his unending supports to the association by making his musical instrument worth over three hundred thousand available free of charge.
He said that the association will continue to promote sports in the state and beyond and also ensure that members are pride of the society.
Alebiosu further informed that ace musician and pride of the country Yinka James Adonai will be on stage during the diner/award nite with red carpet by Apreel 1 to add glamour to the nite.
Mr. Oladapo, chairman of the committee in his speech assured that this year’s edition of the week will be more glamorous just as he thanked Engineer Oyekola for his unflinching support.
