The patriarch of Ibru dynasty, Olorogun Michael Christopher Onajirhevbe Ibru, is dead.
Oloroguj Ibru, 86, died in the United States on Tuesday after a protracted illness.
A statement by the family said the Otota of Agbarha-Otor Kingdom and one of Nigeria’s foremost business giants passed on peacefully “at a medical facility in the U.S.”.
Burial programme of the business titan will be announced later.
His brother and former governor of Delta State, Chief Felix Ibru, was recently buried.
