Nigeria hero, Sunday Oliseh has expressed his delight with Leicester City’s stunning win over Tottenham Hotspur.
The Foxes, who lost their previous six Premier League games claimed a 2-1 victory over their hosts at the Tottenham Stadium on Sunday.
Leicester City struggled in the first half and went behind through a Richarlison strike three minutes after the half hour mark.
Ruud van Nistelrooy’s side however fought back after the break with veteran forward Jamie Vardy and Bilal El Khannouss finding the net.
Prompt News reports that Oliseh took to the social media to celebrate the Foxes victory.
Extremely pleased for Jamie Vardy and Leicester with the victory over Tottenham. The joy and sigh of relief I witnessed from the players, fans and the coaching staff filled me with so much pity, i just had to clap! Bravo, “La lotta continua” to Ndidi and Co,” the former Ajax midfielder wrote on X.
The former Premier League champions moved out of the relegation zone following the win.
