Former Super Eagles head coach, Sunday Oliseh has praised Ademola Lookman for his exceptional qualities.
Lookman has been in scintillating form for Nigeria and Atalanta this season.
He registered three goals and one assist in seven appearances for Nigeria at the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations.
The 27-year-old also bagged a historic hat-trick for Atalanta in the final of the UEFA Europa League.
The former Leicester City player finished 14th in the Ballon d’or ranking for 2024.
The Nigerian is the overwhelming favourite to win the 2024 Africa’s Men Player of the Year.
Lookman has also scored nine goals and provided five assists in 14 matches for Atalanta this season.
“Ademola Lookman is a great player. Why I find Lookman to be a great player is because I’m looking at the qualities, the characteristics that are needed to play the position Lookman plays and how he executes them,” Oliseh told News Central.
“He doesn’t executes them at five out of ten, he doesn’t execute them at six out of ten, he executes most of them at 7.5, 8 out of ten, so that’s why I say he’s a great player.”
