The Nigeria Rugby Football Federation (NRFF) has unveiled the official squad list for the Lady Stallions set to compete in the African Games scheduled to begin in Ghana on March 8.
A statement issued on Friday by Tolu Oguntimehin, Media Coordinator, NRRF said the list comprised 15 foreign and local players.
“The final roster includes 10 home-based players and five from foreign clubs, highlighting the depth and diversity of talent within the Nigerian rugby community,” he said.
Oguntimehin stated that the mixture of both foreign and local players was to mix experience and strength, aimed at securing a podium finish at the games.
The foreign based players that made the list are Fedelia Omoghan, Glory Ezeude, Ada Okonkwo all from Canada, while Achele Agada plies her rugby trade in the UK and Roseline Okpara is a U.S.-based player.

The home-based players are Iyorha Success (Edo RFC), Becky Okitikpi (Edo RFC), Perpetua Mmanma (Eco 11 RFC), and Blessing Umude (Delta RFC).
Others are Augustar Efe (Edo RFC), Chinaza Abbah (Edo RFC), Akinade Rukayat (Gosar RFC), Aladeyelu Blessing (Eco 11 RFC), Akhihiero Pedro Vera (Edo RFC) and Precious Felix (SA). (NAN)
