Super Falcons goalkeeper Chiamaka Nnadozie is in contention for the 2024 CAF Women’s Player of the Year.
Nnadozie will battle Morocco’s Sanna Msoudy, Barbara Banda of Zambia as well as Malawian duo,Tabitha Chawinga and Themwa Chawinga for the award.
The 24-year-old is also nominated for the women’s Goalkeeper of the Year award.
Her compatriot, Asisat Oshoala won the CAF Women’s Player of the Year award last year, but was not nominated this time around.
Oshoala has won the prestigious award for a record six times.
The award ceremony will be held on 16 December, 2024 in Marrakech, Morocco.
