The Nigerian Institute of Public Relations (NIPR) FCT Chapter says it is ready to partner with Drawbridge Communication Management Company to expand the Public Relations ecosystem in the Federal Capital Territory and neighbouring states through capacity building.
The Chairman of NIPR FCT Chapter, Mr. Stanley Ogadigo who gave this assurance in Abuja on Wednesday while receiving a delegation of the company noted that capacity building for members and value addition to the society are core focus areas of his administration.
According to him, the recently inaugurated Projects and Partnerships Committee was strategically designed to enable the Chapter expand its horizons for partnerships that will be structured around mutually beneficial values for both parties.
Ogadigo, who doubles as the Director of Public Relations at the Institute headquarters said in line with his administration’s vision of positive impact on society, the Chapter has developed a number of programmes which would be executed through its Corporate Social Responsibility and Sustainability (CSR&S), Corporate Solutions, Measurement and Evaluation Committees among others.
He remarked that in addition to offering scholarships to indigent students, the chapter would at the university level embark on a project called “Connecting Theory to Practical” where Mass Communication students will learn practical aspects of the profession from practicing industry experts and Chief Executive Officers of reputable Public Relations companies.
Ogadigo therefore assured Drawbridge Communication Management of the Chapter’s readiness to work with it to enhance the practice of public relations in FCT and beyond. READ ALSO:

Earlier in his remarks, the Chief Executive Officer, Drawbridge Communication Management Company, Hassan Abdul said his team decided to seek partnership with the NIPR FCT Chapter to deepen Public Relations practice in the nation’s Capital Territory.
He applauded the leadership of the FCT Chapter for its quality initiatives and expressed confidence on the Chapter’s ability to turn FCT into a reputation building and management destination of choice.
