Baring last minute change in plan, the Nigeria Football Federation, NFF, is set to name Salisu Yusuf, as Super Eagles Interim Coach.
Yusuf had previously served as assistant to coaches Stephen Keshi and Sunday Oliseh.
He will be assisted by two professional league coaches while Alloy Agu will serve as goalkeeper trainer.
They are coaches of Rangers FC and Abia Warriors, Emma Amakapabo and Kennedy Boboye respectively.
This was part of the recommendations made by the NFF Technical Committee headed by Chris Green after its meeting in Abuja.
The recommendations are however, subject to ratification by the Executive Committee.
Salisu Yusuf and his crew will handle the Super Eagles international friendly matches scheduled for next month and June in Europe.
While the Eagles will play Mali on May 27, the match against Luxembourg is billed for June 1, 2016.
