Gift Monday is in the running for the Spanish Liga F Player of the Month for November, Prompt News reports.
Monday registered one goal and one assist for Tenerife during the month.
It’s the first time the Super Falcons forward will be nominated for the top award.
Granada striker, Edna Imade is another Nigerian, who made the shortlist.
Imade recorded three goals for Granada during the month.
The other nominees for the award are; Andreia Jacinto, Arola Aparicio, Boe Risa, Patri Guijarro and Allegra Poljak.
Super Falcons captain Rasheedat Ajibade won the award in September.
Ajibade made history as the first player to win the award.
