Lorient forward, Terem Moffi has turned down a move to Ligue I rivals , Olympic Marseille, Prompt News reports.
The 23-year-old, according to French news outlet, RMC Sport instead favours a move to another French club, OGC Nice.
It would be recalled that Moffi previously rejected a move to Premier League side, West Ham United despite the Hammers meeting Lorient’s valuation.
Marseille failed to convince the Nigeria international to join them despite having an agreement in place with Lorient.
Senegal international Bamba Dieng was also expected to move Lorient as part of the deal.
Nice, meanwhile remain locked in negotiation with Nice to find an agreement on the transfer having agreed personal terms with Moffi.
The Nigeria international has scored 12 goals in 18 league appearances for Les Merlus this season.
