Lazio are ready to rival Chelsea for the signature of Nigerian youngster Hafiz Umar Ibrahim.
Chelsea were firm favourites to sign the striker after the player impressed while on trail at the club in March.
The Blues failure to teach an agreement with his club Ojodu City have left the door open for Lazio, according to LondonWorld.
Lazio are closely monitoring the situation and are ready to make an offer for Ibrahim.
Norwegian side Bodo/Glimt are also reportedly interested in the 18-year-old. READ ALSO:

It would be recalled that Ibrahim had a video phone call with Chelsea star Raheem Sterling, who convinced him to take up the trial at the Stamford Bridge.
