Mr Sola Giwa, Special Adviser to Lagos State Governor on Transportation, has charged Lagos State Traffic Management Authority (LASTMA) cadet officers on integrity and professionalism.
Giwa gave the charge at a three-day training for the officers on Thursday in Lagos.
He emphasised upholding of ethics of their job.
“The Lagos State Traffic Management Authority (LASTMA) always emphasises professionalism among its officers.
“Integrity, honesty, impartial application of the law and respectful treatment of all citizens, even in challenging situations, are essential principles to uphold,” he said.
Giwa urged the officers to shun corruption and be disciplined.

The General Manager of LASTMA, Mr Olalekan Bakare-Oki, said that the objective of the training was to equip the officers with the latest traffic management techniques and strategies.
He said that there was the need for LASTMA officers to provide excellent services and foster relationships and networks. (NAN)
