After six days in a coma, Ayomide Taiwo, who was attacked by a police officer, is dead.
Ayomide, 20-year-old and a fashion designer was attacked on Tuesday, by Inspector Ago Egharepbe, attached to Ibokun Divisional Police headquarters in Osun state, following his refusal to offer bribe.
He passed on around 10.00am today (Sunday).
“Ayomide never made it. He died after spending about six days in coma.
“Since the incident happened on Tuesday, he had been in a coma,” an uncle to the deceased, Segun Agboola, told THE PUNCH on Sunday.
