In a bid to sanitize its house, the Nigeria Referee Association, NRA, has directed three Premier Centre Referees to appear before the NFF Referees Committee while they are to go on indefinite suspension due to dubious officiating in three matches they were in charge.
The matches that were poorly handled were: Osun Babes Vs Delta Queens Adamawa Queens Vs Nasarawa Amazons and Rivers Angels Vs Delta Queens.
According NRA, the three Centre Referees are Joy Ogunboye from the Ondo Referee Association, Beatrice Paul from the Taraba Referee Association and Olufunke Adesola from the Oyo Referee Association were all suspended indefinitely.
Also suspended are Assistant Referees Olusi Kikelomo, Ajirotutu Esther all from Ondo State, Elizabeth Yunusa Gombe and Wurba Bwulli Ruth from Plateau State, Rofiat Abdulrasheed and Aladenika Adetutu from Oyo and Ondo respectively.
