By Okiemute Okpomor The secretariat of umbrella body of Isoko nation, Isoko Development Union(IDU) was bombed in the early hours of Friday.
Those responsible for the bombing of the secretariat located at Ozoro Roundabout, Oleh, Delta state are however yet to be identified.
Prompt News correspondent reports that Isoko nation had scheduled a mid-year conference and awards to deserving Isoko sons/daughters for today, Friday, August 26, 2016.
As at press time, no group has claimed responsibility for the bombing.
The Niger Delta region has witnessed series of bombings of late with the Niger Delta Avengers targeting oil installations across the region.
