In life the need to move with realities of trend of development will always make things better for all, there is no cities that cannot be said to be a jungle or forest before the influx of people, building, road, electrification which makes such cities to be toast of all and investment destination of choice for economic exploits.
Dubai used to be a place that has practically nothing to interest anyone to consider visiting the place but now virtually all global business concerns now considers the place as a must visit for commercial activities.

The consciousness of both government of Lagos state and the people to think outside the box that it’s high time measures are put in place to decongest Lagos Island, which brought about construction of government Mass Housing Estate across Lagos West and Lagos East Senatorial territory and the mass rush of people to change “Chief Tenant” or “BABA EKO” in a rented space on the island and it’s environs to owner-occupy-building on Lagos outskirts changed the whole narratives.
The mass movement to those areas now put infrastructural amenities under pressure, if government should put its programme on a scale of preference of 1 to 50 in terms basic infrastructural provisions such areas will not occupy No 49 but probably No 50. The construction of building now leave the inhabitants of those areas to go for self help to make life comfortable for themselves.
The useage of “Jeep vehicle” or high wheel cars was not in Vogue in Nigeria then but the likes of salon car are the most used type of mobility then. But, the Nigeria determination spirit to survive against all odds made us adopt the use high wheel cars to cope with bad road network in ever increasing developing areas which has extended to about five local government areas of OGUN State which share boundaries with nation commercial centre. Almost every region in Nigeria with peculiar circumstances has been able to attract special attention for itself from the federal government of Nigeria. For example, Niger Delta Development Commission see to the betterment of the life of some of the southern state due to oil and gas commercial activities. We also have north-east development commission that attends to “post terrorism” ugly development to stabilize that region, we also have a special agency for international borders towns and many more.
Lagos and OGUN states that happen to be suffering from post Federal Capital status relocation to the the present place of Abuja and Nation most busy commercial centre should have a dedicated agency to be called Lagos OGUN border town development commission to make life meaningful for the residents of those two states.
