The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has approved the routine re-deployment of some its Resident Electoral Commissioners (RECs).
A statement issued on Thursday and signed by the Secretary to the Commission, Mrs. Augusta C. Ogakwu, said the re-deployment took effect immediately with the handing over to be concluded by Tuesday the 2nd of February, 2016.
The redeployment is as follows:
1 Dr. Lawrence Azubuike – Anambra
2 Dr. Ogbudu Gabriel Ada – Akwa Ibom
3 Sylvester Okey Ezeani – Abia
4 Sam Olumekun – Edo
5 Mrs. Gesila Khan – Cross River
6 Barr. Austin Okojie – Bayelsa
7 Baritor Kpagih – Delta
8 Mr. Habu Zarma Hinna – Taraba
9 Ikoiwak Aniedi Abasi – Rivers
