Nigeria forward Brown Ideye has linked up with Greek Super League side Aris on a one-year deal.
Ideye, 30, has been without a club since the 2017/2018 season. He last featured for Spanish outfit Malaga.
This will be the second time he will be playing for a club in the Greek top flight having previously starred for Olympiacos across two seasons and scored 28 goals in 65 appearances.
The former Nigeria junior international will hope to revitalize his career at the Kleanthis Vikelidis Stadium after spending the entire 2018-19 season without a club.
Ideye will be aiming to help Aris qualify for next season’s Uefa Europa League group stage after their fifth-place finish in the 2018-19 league campaign.
The Yellow and Blacks have been scheduled to play Cypriot outfit AEL in a double-header qualifying fixture for the European tournament later in July.
He was a member of the Super Eagles side that won the 2013 Africa Cup of Nations title in South Africa.
