The Chairman /CEO of Pinnacle Properties Ltd, Hon. Dike Okoro Uche has congratulated former Golden Eaglets handler Coach John Obuh on his appointment as the Executive Chairman of Umuahia based Premier League club, Abia Warriors F.C.
Speaking to Prompt News, Dike said appointing Obuh to take charge of the club by the Executive Governor of Abia State was the right step in the right direction considering his wealth of experience in the round leather game.
The former Abia State House of Assembly aspirant, stated that with Obuh as a sound football tactician , the fortune and popularity of Umuahia based club would change tremendously.
He added “I see Abia Warriors Football Club gaining more grounds than their sister club Enyimba. Obuh is a trained coach with vast experience locally and intentionally.
” He knows the right players and coaches to engage for excellent result during 2023/2024 Football League season.
“My prayer is for the state government to make the necessary funds available for him in good time to enable him execute e the club’s programme,” said Dike.
Hon. Dike who also doubles as Chairman D-Trump Hotels & Xtary Lounge further said Obuh being his age long friend and brother, he would also assist him morally and otherwise to ensure success becomes his name in Abia Warriors Football Club.
