Ligue 1 club, Olympic Lyon have finally agreed to sell Nigeria striker Gift Orban to TSG Hoffeheim.
Hoffenheim reportedly submitted a €10m bid for the powerful striker with Lyon holding out for €12m.
The two parties have now reached agreement on the fee, according to transfer expert, Fabrizio Romano.
” Hoffenheim and Olympique Lyon have agreed on deal for Gift Orban, green light from OL to proceed.
“Formal steps to follow on player side to get the deal sealed,” Romano wrote on X.
The 23-year-old linked up with Lyon from Belgian Pro League side, KAA Gent in January 2023.
He has struggled for regular playing time at the club.
