Kogi State Governor, Yahaya Bello has again secured favourable judgment, the third within a week.
The Kogi State Governorship Elections Petitions Tribunal today, Thursday, dismissed a petition filed against him by the African Democratic Congress, ADC.
The Tribunal had earlier in the week, dismissed the petitions filed separately by Hon. James Faleke of the APC and immediate past Governor Idris Wada of the PDP against the election of Yahaya Bello as Governor of Kogi state.
In its petition, the ADC prayed the Tribunal to nullify the Kogi governorship election held in November 2015.
But, the Tribunal dismissed the petition for lacking in merit.
