The Ekiti State Governor, Peter Ayodele Fayose, has announced his first appointments.
Dr. Modupe Alade was appointed as the Secretary to the State Government.
Other appointments announced in a statement by the new Chief Press Secretary, Idowu Adelusi, are: Barrister Owoseni Ajayi as Special Assistant to the Governor on Legal Matters, Kayode Oso as Special Assistant to the Governor on Works and Infrastructure and Sola Owoeye as Special Assistant to the Governor on Protocol.
Sola Olowookere was appointed as Personal Assistant to the Governor (Abuja), Chief Toyin Ojo as Special Assistant to the Governor on Finance, SundayAnifowose as Personal Assistant to the Governor on Special Duties and Stomach Infrastructure, Sunday Omosilade as Personal Assistant to the Governor on Domestic Matters and Lere Olayinka as Special Assistant to the Governor on Information and Social Media.
According to a press statement issued in Ado Ekiti by Adelusi, the appointments take immediate effect.
The new CPS was a Deputy Editor with Tribune newspapers.
