Goge Africa, a pan-African tourism and cultural brand, has bagged the United Nations World Tourism Organisation (UNWTO) award in recognition of its corporate contribution to the development of tourism.
Nneka Isaac-Moses, Managing Director, Goge Africa, disclosed this in a statement in Lagos on Monday.
The award was conferred on the celebrity couple of Goge Africa by Alhaji Lai Mohammed, Minister for Information and Culture and Zurab Pololikashuilli, Secretary General, UNWTO, during the UNWTO Conference, held recently.
In reaction to this, Isaac-Moses said “I feel really good, I am excited.
“This is a motivation to do more and to intensify efforts in tourism destination marketing for Africa while grooming more young people in tourism and also collaborating with stakeholders.
” I call on all stakeholders in the creative industry to work together to move our industry forward,” she said. (NAN)
