A four-year-old boy, Lokoji Godwin Monday has been abducted at Kadapa market Mararaba, Nassarawa state, near the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja.
He was said to have been abducted since Monday 13th January, 2017 on his way back from school.
Godwin was said to be returning home with his 9-year-old senior sister when they were accosted by a couple who said they liked the boy’s uniform.
According to the Sister’s account, the couple then asked her to take them to the school they attend which is just round the corner from their house.
However, the couple played upon the naivety of the sister and asked her to leave the boy with the wife while she showed the husband the school.
On showing the husband the school, she discovered her brother’s lunch bag and school bag on the floor, the boy was nowhere to be found and the man then ran away.
The parents are appealing to the public that anybody with useful information about the whereabouts of the boy to contact the nearest police station or call 07081116006.
