Aftermath of the Super Eagles average show at the Confederation Cup in Brazil, the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) is tinkering with the idea of appointing a consortium of coaches to assist Head Coach Stephen Keshi.
Prompt News Online gathered from those who should know that the NFF big wigs are of the view that Keshi is a good coach but that he is not good when it comes to reading games and making substitutions.
The federation according to our source is thinking of drafting in seasoned coaches like Amodu Shuaibu, James Peters, Kashimawo Laloko, and a host of other coaches to help Keshi as his crew.
“We have observed that Keshi is a very good coach but he needs help to get the kind of result we want at the world cup, so if we qualify for Brazil 2014 we shall have a rich and experienced bench to match the best in the world”
“We saw renowned world coaches in the Brazilian bench at the Confederation Cup and it really paid off as they strolled to victory in style. We hope to gather our best coaches to help us do very well at the World Cup in Brazil” the source stated.
