Enyimba have announced the sacking of their head coach Finidi George.
The nine-time Nigeria Premier League champions announced the dissolution of their technical crew through an official statement on Monday.
The sacked coaches can however re-apply for their positions within 48 hours.
They are expected to send their letters to sporting director, Ifeanyi Ekwueme.
Finidi guided Enyimba to a record ninth Nigeria Premier League title less than a month ago.
The former Super Eagles winger was in charge of the Peoples’ Elephant for two seasons.
PROMPT NEWS reports that Kanu and Finidi were teammates during their playing days at Dutch club, Ajax Amsterdam.
