The General Secretary of Nigeria Footbal Federation, NFF, Dr. Mohammed Sanusi said it will be too early to write off the Super Eagled as non title contender in the ongoing Africa Cup of Nations due to the team’s outing in the opener against Equatorial Guinea.
Sanusi stated this in Abuja while reacting to the Super Eagles 1 -1 draw on Sunday afternoon where the team lacked tactical play against low ranked Equatorial Guinea.
The NFF Scribe said he sees the Super Eagles emerging champions at the end of the tournament.
He said as a trained and certified coach, first match is always difficult and as the unexpected teams always want to spring surprises at the beginning of competitions . READ ALSO:
