Apparently to make good of his threat to withhold funds to the World Health Organisation (WHO), United States President Donald Trump has officially announced halting further funds to the body.
He accused WHO of pandering to China’s antics, pointing out that WHO did not do enough to give adequate information on the novel Coronavirus (Covid-19) pandemic.
Trump also gave a caveat that USA can only fund WHO if it carries out a total reform.
Prompt News reports that USA’s contributions to WHO is over $400 million a year.
