Chelsea have reportedly asked for conditions of the deal to sign Tosin Adarabioyo.
Adarabioyo, who has plenty of Premier League experience is being courted by clubs within and outside England.
The Blues are looking to do a number of different deals this summer to bring in new players across a few different positions.
One of the area they are looking at is the defence with Thiago Silva leaving at the end of the season.
Adarabioyo has well over 100 games experience playing in the Premier League, PROMPT NEWS reports.
The 26-year-old will become a free agent this summer having rejected a new contract with Fulham.
